I co-facilitate an 11-week women's life group each fall at my church that is based on the highly acclaimed book, Boundaries, by Drs. Henry Cloud and John Townsend. This life group is designed to help learn when to say yes and how to say no. These sessions help women take control of their life by setting healthy boundaries with their spouse, children, friends, parents, coworkers, and even themself— in order to live life to the fullest.
